No. But you can get insured in preparation for the Hurricane Season. We recommend connecting with us as soon as possible to get your property covered.


Are there any terms and conditions related to property insurance?

Yes. There are penalties for late payments but we discuss how to avoid them.


Can I get 100% financing for my property insurance?

What do I need to start a motor insurance policy?

You need a valid driver’s license, the intended vehicles certificate of fitness and its valuation.


If I don’t have a drivers license can I insure a vehicle in my name?

Yes. However you will need to provide a valid license holder to be listed as the driver. You will be excluded as a driver until you receive a valid license.


Can I insure a vehicle that is over 20 years?

Yes! We will find a plan best suited to your needs and vehicle.


What is a Comprehensive Policy?

A Comprehensive Policy is an Insurance Policy that covers both vehicles in the event of an accident, even if you are deemed at fault of said accident. It also carries numerous benefits such as protection from fire, theft, roadside assistance and you even get windshield coverage!


Would I be able to insure a new vehicle if I recently had an accident?

Yes, but your premium may change.

What is a 3rd party theft and fire policy?

A 3rd party theft and fire policy is an insurance policy that covers only the 3rd party vehicle in the event of an accident if you are deemed at fault of said accident. This policy also protects the insured vehicle in the event of theft and fire.


So what is a 3rd party policy?

A 3rd party policy is an insurance policy that only covers the 3rd party vehicle in the event of an accident if you are deemed at fault . It does not provide added benefits either.


If I have a 3rd party policy can I receive a change of windshield?

No. That benefit is reserved for other policies.


If I have a loan can I insure my car 3rd party?

No. All financial institutions require you to have an open comprehensive policy if you are currently undertaking a loan.

Do I have to be over 30 to get life or health insurance for myself?

No, you can get a life or health insurance plan if you are younger than 30. We will work with you to find the best coverage for your current stage in life!


Who can I include on my health plan?

Your immediate family such as your children, adopted or step and your spouse or common law partner.


If I don’t pay my premium will my policy lapse?

Yes, it will.


Will I get the coverage when my life plan matures?

No. Coverage is paid to the listed beneficiary when the insured dies.


Who is a dependent and who is beneficiary?

A dependent is listed on a health plan and is someone who also benefits from the plan while a beneficiary is is listed on a life plan where they may receive the proceeds of the policy in the event the insured dies.


Are there life products that provide coverage for dependents ?

Yes, there are! You can schedule a consultation and we can discuss your options.


How long after my premium anniversary do I have to pay ?

There is a 30 day grace period.


If I don’t pay use my dental benefits will it roll over into next yea ?

No. Your coverage starts over with every renewal.
